This includes helping over 20 organizations address complex technical and management challenges. Notably, Chartis is among the highest awarded prime contractors on the $3B Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Tactical Communications strategic sourcing vehicle (TacCom I and TacCom II). We are also a small business prime contractor on other Best-in-Class (BIC) contracts such as GSA OASIS and the $20B CIO-SP3 GWAC. We built and maintain our Research and Development (R&D) lab in Virginia to support client programs and enable targeted innovation investments.
